即墨市XX中學(xué)以校本教研促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展實踐研究

【摘要】:在新課程改革的推進和行政部門的強力支持下,校本教研和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展都得到空前的發(fā)展。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),校本教研和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展兩者相輔相成,校本教研可以促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,教師專業(yè)水平的提高又會推動校本教研的發(fā)展。本文以即墨市XX中學(xué)為研究對象,探索以校本教研促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展在實踐層面上的經(jīng)驗與不足,細(xì)致入微的考究校本教研如何對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展起作用的。在研究方法上,首先筆者運用實踐研究方法以一名地理教師的身份全程參與該校校本教研的開展,結(jié)合所學(xué)的理論分析其校本教研的實施情況,然后從整體分析與個案分析相結(jié)合,選取了校本教研中較為典型的一名教師作為個案進行分析來彌補整體分析的不足,采用點面結(jié)合的方法分析了校本教研對教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的作用,最后得出結(jié)論提出建議。經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)校是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的主要陣地;以校本教研為契機調(diào)動教師主體性為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展保持持續(xù)動力;校本教研活動的實效性是提高教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平的重要保證。而且在研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出建立完善的校本教研管理機制為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展保駕護航;多種形式的校本教研活動為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展開辟便捷有效途徑的建議。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the new curriculum reform and the strong support of the administrative department, school-based teaching and research and teacher professional development have been unprecedented development. Through the research, it is found that school-based teaching and research and teacher professional development complement each other, school-based teaching and research can promote teachers' professional development, and the improvement of teachers' professional level will promote the development of school-based teaching and research. Taking Jimo XX Middle School as the research object, this paper explores the experience and deficiency of promoting teachers' professional development by school-based teaching and research, and makes a detailed study of how school-based teaching and research plays an important role in teachers' professional development. In terms of research methods, the author first uses the practical research method to participate in the development of school-based teaching and research in the whole course of the school as a geography teacher, and analyzes the implementation of school-based teaching and research in the light of the theory he has learned. Then, combining the whole analysis with the case analysis, a typical teacher in school-based teaching and research is selected as a case to make up for the deficiency of the whole analysis. This paper analyzes the effect of school-based teaching and research on teachers' professional development by using the method of point-to-face combination, and finally draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions. Through the research, it is found that school is the main position of teachers' professional development, school-based teaching and research is the turning point to mobilize teachers' subjectivity, and the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research activities is an important guarantee to improve the level of teachers' professional development. On the basis of the research, the author puts forward the suggestion of establishing a perfect management mechanism of school-based teaching and research to guarantee the professional development of teachers, and of opening up a convenient and effective way for teachers' professional development through various forms of school-based teaching and research activities.
