高中思想政治課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的研究

【摘要】:高中思想政治課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)是教師在高中思想政治課堂教學(xué)過程中針對(duì)學(xué)生在課堂中表現(xiàn)出的情緒態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)效果等方面,給予即時(shí)恰當(dāng)?shù)狞c(diǎn)評(píng)和反饋行為,其目的是為了有效實(shí)現(xiàn)師生之間的溝通和交流,使學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)自身存在的不足以及自身所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì),從而有效提高教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,達(dá)到高效教學(xué)的目的。隨著國(guó)家不斷推進(jìn)新課程改革的實(shí)施,為了更好踐行新課程的教學(xué)理念,課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)存在的問題越來越被教師所重視,而且規(guī)范系統(tǒng)的課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)無論是在理論還是在實(shí)踐中都對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和教師的教學(xué)有著重要意義。在根據(jù)以往的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及在借鑒已有的理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過課堂觀察、案例分析等多種方法,結(jié)合高二思想政治《文化生活》中的教學(xué)片斷,對(duì)教師課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行研究。首先,在對(duì)現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的研究分析基礎(chǔ)上,整理出當(dāng)前課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)有關(guān)課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行理論的概述。其次,通過課堂觀察和教學(xué)實(shí)錄分析當(dāng)前思想政治課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)運(yùn)用的現(xiàn)狀,并闡釋當(dāng)前課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)存在的問題主要有:教師課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的態(tài)度生硬、主體單一、方式單一、內(nèi)容片面、存有狹隘的主觀性。其產(chǎn)生問題的原因主要是兩方面總結(jié):一是教師觀念層面;二是教師操作層面。最后,針對(duì)存在的原因提出相應(yīng)的具體措施:加強(qiáng)課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的研究,加深對(duì)課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)理念理解;加強(qiáng)教師師德修養(yǎng),優(yōu)化評(píng)價(jià)效果;確定明確的課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)目的,避免流于形式;提高教師課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的教學(xué)素養(yǎng);做好課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的準(zhǔn)備。通過對(duì)課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的研究,可以看出要想提高教師的課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的效果,要從教師思想和教學(xué)能力兩方面加強(qiáng)才會(huì)有成效,單抓任何一方面都會(huì)影響課堂即時(shí)評(píng)價(jià)的效果。
[Abstract]:The immediate evaluation of high school ideological and political classroom is an immediate and appropriate comment and feedback behavior for students' emotional attitude and learning effect in the process of high school ideological and political classroom teaching. Its purpose is to effectively realize the communication and communication between teachers and students, so that students can find their own shortcomings and advantages, so as to effectively improve the teaching quality of teachers and achieve the goal of efficient teaching. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, teachers pay more and more attention to the problems existing in classroom immediate evaluation in order to better practice the teaching concept of the new curriculum. Moreover, it is of great significance to the students' learning and the teachers' teaching to standardize the system of classroom immediate evaluation in both theory and practice. On the basis of previous practical experience and theoretical achievements, through classroom observation, case analysis and other methods, combining with the ideological and political "Cultural Life" of the second year of senior high school teaching fragments, This paper studies the application of teachers' immediate evaluation in classroom. First of all, on the basis of the research and analysis of the existing literature, the current research status of classroom instant evaluation at home and abroad is sorted out, and the related problems of classroom instant evaluation are summarized theoretically. Secondly, through classroom observation and teaching record, this paper analyzes the current situation of the instant evaluation of ideological and political classroom, and explains the problems existing in the immediate evaluation of classroom: the teacher's attitude of immediate evaluation in classroom is stiff, and the subject is single. The way is single, the content is unilateral, has the narrow subjectivity. The main causes of the problems are summarized in two aspects: one is the teacher's concept level, the other is the teacher's operation level. Finally, in view of the existing reasons, the corresponding concrete measures are put forward: to strengthen the research of classroom instant evaluation, to deepen the understanding of classroom instant evaluation concept; to strengthen teachers' moral accomplishment, to optimize the evaluation effect; to determine the clear purpose of classroom immediate evaluation. Avoid mere formality; improve teachers' teaching accomplishment of immediate evaluation in class; prepare for immediate evaluation of classroom. Through the research of classroom instant evaluation, we can see that to improve the effect of classroom instant evaluation, we must strengthen teachers' thinking and teaching ability to be effective, and any aspect alone will affect the effect of classroom instant evaluation.
