【摘要】：正初中階段,是團(tuán)隊(duì)組織銜接和交替發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),是學(xué)校團(tuán)隊(duì)組織一體化推進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,團(tuán)隊(duì)組織必須在這一階段健康、有序地發(fā)展,并逐漸取代少先隊(duì)組織,形成更高一級(jí)的團(tuán)組織生活。同時(shí),初中生正處在少先隊(duì)員的成熟期、收獲期及共青團(tuán)員的啟蒙期和憧憬期,在這個(gè)階段加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)組織建設(shè),發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)組織活動(dòng)在思想政治、價(jià)值觀教育中的引導(dǎo)作用,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。為了了解中學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)組織建設(shè)與組織活動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀,課題組通
