【中文摘要】 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),教育的“人化”、“人性化”、“人道化”的呼聲越來(lái)越高,特別是隨著我國(guó)新課程改革的深入,現(xiàn)代教育越來(lái)越重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng),對(duì)教師的人文素養(yǎng)和開(kāi)展人文教育的能力提出了很高的要求。因此,作為人文學(xué)科的高中政治課,教師在課堂教學(xué)中如何促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,如何關(guān)注學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng),如何實(shí)施人文教育成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。本文主要針對(duì)高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的現(xiàn)狀,探討高中政治教師如何在課堂教學(xué)中進(jìn)一步貫徹人文教育理念,實(shí)施人文教育,通過(guò)課堂教學(xué)提升學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。本文主要分為四部分。第一部分對(duì)人文教育進(jìn)行概述,界定了“人文”、“人文教育”的概念,并對(duì)人文教育的特點(diǎn)和要求進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的論述。第二部分是對(duì)高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的必要性進(jìn)行分析。認(rèn)為這是由實(shí)現(xiàn)中學(xué)思想政治教育的最終目的決定的,是高中政治課程人文性的重要保證,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前新課程改革的要求分析了高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的必要性。第三部分是高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題的原因分析。首先調(diào)查分析了高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的現(xiàn)狀,主要從政治教師人文知識(shí)缺乏、人文態(tài)度欠缺、教學(xué)方法難以適應(yīng)人文教育的特點(diǎn)...更多等方面進(jìn)行了分析說(shuō)明。其次是對(duì)存在問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析,從社會(huì)大環(huán)境的功利化、高考“應(yīng)試性”和人文教育“潛隱性”之間的矛盾和高中政治教師自身人文素養(yǎng)的欠缺三個(gè)方面分析了制約高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的原因。第四部分是對(duì)高中政治教師開(kāi)展人文教育的策略分析。首先高中政治教師要提高自身的人文素養(yǎng),應(yīng)具有廣博的人文知識(shí)和深厚的人文情懷、人文思想。其次高中政治教師要積極利用教學(xué)實(shí)踐,尋找人文教育的切入點(diǎn)。主要從教師開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)過(guò)程的角度,對(duì)在教學(xué)前的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)中的教學(xué)實(shí)施、教學(xué)后的反思與重建中如何強(qiáng)化人文教育進(jìn)行了論述。 

【英文摘要】 In the 21st century, modern education needs to be more humanized and humane. Especially with the further reform of new courses in China, more importance has been attached to the training of students’humanities, and teachers are required to be able to inculcate students with humanities. Thus, it is a significant task for teachers of Politics, which is a subject of humanities in high school, to encourage the full development of students, to pay attention to students’humanities literacy, and to carry on humanities education. In this paper, the focus is how teachers inculcate the sense of humanities and carry it out.
