湖北省部分中學(xué)高考體育統(tǒng)招生文化學(xué)習(xí)與體育訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:我國由體育大國向體育強(qiáng)國邁進(jìn)必然需要大量體育類專業(yè)的復(fù)合型人才資源支撐,高考體育生作為體育專業(yè)的復(fù)合型人才資源儲備也越來越受到重視,其學(xué)習(xí)能力偏低,運(yùn)動素質(zhì)不能持續(xù)發(fā)展等問題也逐漸引起人們的關(guān)注。本研究的目的在于提高湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生的訓(xùn)練水平和文化課學(xué)習(xí)成績,進(jìn)一步解決湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生的訓(xùn)練、學(xué)習(xí)和考試中出現(xiàn)的問題。本文以近年來湖北省體育高考本科的錄取情況為切入點(diǎn),以湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生文化學(xué)習(xí)與體育訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,在綜合湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生面臨的高考形勢后,有目的的分析他們的學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練以及相關(guān)影響學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練的因素等。本研究綜合運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法。研究得出以下結(jié)論:(一)從湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生的考試與招生現(xiàn)狀來分析:其一,近三年來湖北省體育高考報考人數(shù)逐年遞減,而體育專業(yè)統(tǒng)招錄取人數(shù)卻逐年遞增;其二,現(xiàn)階段湖北體育高考術(shù)科考試方案設(shè)置科學(xué),考察全面;其三,相關(guān)體育專業(yè)本科的錄取難度相對整體本科錄取的難度而言,難度較高。(二)從湖北省體育高考統(tǒng)招生的文化學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀來看,湖北體育高考統(tǒng)招生的學(xué)習(xí)成績處于整體高考生學(xué)習(xí)成績的中下游水平;多數(shù)學(xué)生有愿意進(jìn)步的強(qiáng)烈愿望,但是缺乏自主學(xué)習(xí)動力;教學(xué)組織形式以分散式上課為主,有利于文化課教學(xué)管理而不利于體育訓(xùn)練;大部分學(xué)生在文化課學(xué)習(xí)上都得不到或者很少得到文化課老師的關(guān)注與監(jiān)督。(三)從湖北省體育高考統(tǒng)招生的體育訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀可以看出,大多數(shù)人的訓(xùn)練時間在一年以內(nèi),訓(xùn)練專業(yè)化水平較低;大多數(shù)人的主要訓(xùn)練動機(jī)是想通過體育訓(xùn)練參加體育高考來進(jìn)入大學(xué),真正因熱愛體育而參加訓(xùn)練的人并不多;大多數(shù)教練運(yùn)動選材目的僅僅限制在適合應(yīng)試教育的框架內(nèi)。從訓(xùn)練的執(zhí)行情況來看,部分負(fù)責(zé)體育訓(xùn)練的教師沒有系統(tǒng)的訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃;訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷較大且忽視疲勞后的積極恢復(fù),而且部分學(xué)校的訓(xùn)練場地與器材也存在不足。(四)在分析湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生文化學(xué)習(xí)與體育訓(xùn)練之間的聯(lián)系時發(fā)現(xiàn):高考體育統(tǒng)招生文化學(xué)習(xí)與體育訓(xùn)練之間存在時間分配的矛盾、存在文化學(xué)習(xí)紀(jì)律與體育訓(xùn)練紀(jì)律之間的相悖,兩者統(tǒng)一于成績標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論得出以下建議:建議學(xué)校,教師與高考體育統(tǒng)招生都應(yīng)該應(yīng)該根據(jù)緊緊圍繞湖北省高考體育統(tǒng)招生升學(xué)整體環(huán)境來制定和實(shí)施科學(xué)、有序的教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練方案;其次,要把協(xié)調(diào)文化課教師與高考體育統(tǒng)招生之間的關(guān)系作為提高高考體育統(tǒng)招生文化學(xué)習(xí)水平的突破口,也要注重高考體育統(tǒng)招生對于自身學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的要求;體育教師要把好選材關(guān),注重運(yùn)動傷病的防治。建議有關(guān)教育部門應(yīng)加入考察柔韌素質(zhì)等短期內(nèi)訓(xùn)練提高不明顯的素質(zhì)測試;注重協(xié)調(diào)好好學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練間時間與精力分配的矛盾關(guān)系等。
