國際化視野下高中英語教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的自我表征

【摘要】:隨著國際化的深入發(fā)展,國家、地區(qū)之間的反差對比愈加強(qiáng)烈。作用于教育領(lǐng)域,對教師的影響日益明顯。英語教師由于其語言的可及性,首當(dāng)其沖受到?jīng)_擊和影響。然而,關(guān)于高中英語教師在此國際化的大背景下如何來重新審視和看待自己所從事的職業(yè),是當(dāng)下關(guān)乎到是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)有效教學(xué),是否能夠提升英語教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的根本問題。因此,本研究意在通過發(fā)現(xiàn)教師的心理和心理狀態(tài),嘗試探析高中英語教師如何看待自己所從事的職業(yè)。從教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的狀態(tài)取向出發(fā),集中于結(jié)構(gòu)研究(職業(yè)價(jià)值,角色價(jià)值,職業(yè)歸屬感和職業(yè)行為傾向)和關(guān)系研究(職業(yè)倦怠,離職傾向和工作滿意度)。本文擬選取教育國際化理論,社會認(rèn)知職業(yè)理論和教師發(fā)展階段模型為理論依據(jù),選取延安市三所高級中學(xué)的60名英語教師為研究對象,采用問卷并輔之以深度訪談的方法嘗試從上述七個(gè)方面來探析國際化視野下高中英語教師職業(yè)認(rèn)同的表征。研究結(jié)果表明:高中英語教師展現(xiàn)了相對較高的職業(yè)認(rèn)同度(M=4.02),且其認(rèn)同水平在性別、年齡、學(xué)校層次上沒有顯著性差異,而在教育背景、職稱等方面存在顯著性差異。雖然離職傾向較低,但教師存在一定程度的職業(yè)倦怠且工作滿意度較低。具體表現(xiàn)為:(1)角色價(jià)值普遍較高,且在性別、學(xué)歷和學(xué)校層次上沒有顯著性差異;在年齡和職稱上呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異。促進(jìn)個(gè)人價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)以及提高課程內(nèi)容的能力是促進(jìn)角色價(jià)值的有效手段。(2)職業(yè)價(jià)值僅次于角色價(jià)值,與學(xué)歷顯著相關(guān)。而專業(yè)知識的掌握,尤其是與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí)方式對于提高英語教師職業(yè)價(jià)值尤為重要。(3)職業(yè)歸屬感相對處于較低水平,且與學(xué)歷和學(xué)校層次密切相關(guān)。鼓勵(lì)教師參與,提高民主化分為可以促進(jìn)教師職業(yè)歸屬感的提高。(4)職業(yè)行為傾向則表現(xiàn)最差,在性別、學(xué)歷和學(xué)校層次方面呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異。英語教師在面對不同發(fā)展時(shí)期的壓力時(shí),目標(biāo)選擇是關(guān)鍵所在。(5)較高的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象在高中英語教師中普遍存在,尤其困頓于英語國際化所帶來的沖擊與影響,也表現(xiàn)在較低的行為傾向。提供更多的培訓(xùn),以及增加教師出國訪學(xué)的機(jī)會可以讓英語教師感受到其職業(yè)的重要性,同時(shí)也可以增強(qiáng)適應(yīng)國際化的能力。(6)源于教師職業(yè)的穩(wěn)定性及較高的社會地位,離職傾向則處于相對較低的狀態(tài)。但是新進(jìn)教師的離職傾向較高,因此應(yīng)該幫助新進(jìn)英語教師盡快適應(yīng)教師角色,提高其認(rèn)同度。(7)高中英語教師的工作滿意度相對較低。目前所面對的國際化壓力,倦怠感都是降低其滿意度的因素。增強(qiáng)自我反思能力,以平常心態(tài)分析應(yīng)對方法尤為重要。本文通過以上七個(gè)方面的研究來探析高中英語教師對自己職業(yè)的表現(xiàn)方式和特征,進(jìn)而嘗試提出一些可能的解決路徑來提高英語教師的認(rèn)同度。然本研究僅聚焦于狀態(tài)取向的橫向研究,而沒有涉及縱向的深入,因此具有較強(qiáng)的綜述性質(zhì)。同時(shí),也成為接下來的研究提供了改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:With the further development of international, country, contrast between regions more intense. In the field of education, the impact on teachers is more and more obvious. Because English teachers and their language, bear the brunt of the impact and influence. However, as to how to re-examine and think they are engaged in the occupation senior high school English teachers in the background internationalization, is now related to whether can achieve effective teaching, the fundamental problem is able to upgrade the quality of English teaching. Therefore, this study aims to find teachers' psychological and mental state, try to probe into how the senior high school English teachers' view of their own occupation. Starting from the state of orientation of teachers' occupation identity, concentration in the structure of (occupation value, role value, sense of belonging and occupation occupation behavior) and to study the relationship between (occupation burnout, turnover intention and job satisfaction). This paper selected the internationalization of education theory, social cognitive theory and teacher occupation development stage model as the theoretical basis, 60 English teachers from three senior high schools in Yanan city as the research object, using the questionnaire and characterization complemented by the method of depth interview to seven aspects from the senior high school English teachers' occupation identity of international perspective. The results show that: high school English teachers show a relatively high degree of occupation identity (M=4.02), and the level of identity in gender, age, no significant difference in the school level, education background, there is a significant difference between the title and so on. Although the turnover is low, but the teachers occupation burnout and job satisfaction to a certain extent is low. The specific performance: (1) the role of value is generally high, and there is no significant difference in gender, education and school level; in age and professional titles. Significant difference. To promote the realization of personal value and ability to improve the content of curriculum is an effective means to promote the role of value. (2) occupation value after the role value were significantly correlated with the degree and mastery of professional knowledge, especially with the way of learning is particularly important to improve the English teachers' occupation occupation value. (3) a sense of belonging in a relatively low level, which is closely related with the degree and the school level. Encourage teachers to participate, improve democracy divided into can promote teachers' sense of belonging to the occupation increased. (4) occupation behavior tendency are the worst performance, showing significant differences in gender, educational background and school level. English teachers in the face of different development period the pressure, target selection is the key. (5) the phenomenon of occupation burnout high prevalent in senior high school English teachers, especially the hardship brought impact and influence on English international, Also in the lower behavior. Provide more training opportunities, and increase teachers visit study can make English teachers feel the importance of occupation, but also can enhance the ability to adapt to the internationalization. (6) from the teachers' occupation stability and high social position, turnover intention is relatively low state. But the new teachers' turnover intention is higher, so English teachers should help new teachers to adapt to the role as soon as possible, improve the degree of recognition. (7) high school English teachers' job satisfaction is relatively low. In the face of current international pressure, burnout are factors that reduce the satisfaction. To enhance the capacity of self reflection, to deal with the usual attitude analysis method is particularly important. Based on the study of the above seven aspects of high school English teachers' occupation of their forms and characteristics, and try to put forward some It can solve the path to improve the recognition of English teachers. However, this study focuses on the horizontal orientation of state orientation rather than the longitudinal ones. Therefore, this study has a strong overview of the nature. At the same time, it has also provided an improvement direction for the next research.
