【摘要】：由于傳統(tǒng)初中思想品德課教學(xué)片面地追求升學(xué)率,長期以來,初中思想品德課采取傳統(tǒng)“獨白式”教學(xué)模式,導(dǎo)致初中思想品德課的教學(xué)處于教師單方面講解、灌輸,且對學(xué)生缺少整體關(guān)懷、溝通與交流、學(xué)生被動接受的一種獨語狀態(tài)。這樣就使得有關(guān)對話式教學(xué)的研究甚少,為了改變這一現(xiàn)狀,筆者借鑒了對話式教學(xué)理論方面的研究成果,并將該理論融合到初中思想品德課的日常教學(xué)活動中,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了對話式教學(xué)在初中思想品德課中應(yīng)用的研究范疇。本文從對話式教學(xué)的概念、歷史沿革和理論基礎(chǔ)三個部分的分析可知,對話式教學(xué)是從古到今都被國內(nèi)外教育專家推崇的一種教學(xué)模式,在對話式教學(xué)中師生之間是相互獨立和平等的,在老師的引導(dǎo)下,以某一問題為中心,讓學(xué)生獨自探究,并使用語言、行為或者其他方式進行相互之間的交流,將自己內(nèi)心的想法和見解表達出來,并試圖發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決學(xué)習過程中遇到的問題和困難,其目的是為了提升學(xué)生之間的溝通能力和理解能力,進而激發(fā)他們創(chuàng)造潛力的一種教學(xué)模式。本文運用問卷調(diào)查的方法對對話式教學(xué)在初中思想品德課中的應(yīng)用情況進行了調(diào)查得知對話式教學(xué)作為一種新的教學(xué)模式雖在我國初中思想品德課中有了些應(yīng)用,但是離對話精神還有段距離,并從升學(xué)壓力、主體地位、認識誤區(qū)、對話能力上分析了此類現(xiàn)狀的原因。此外,根據(jù)新課改關(guān)于初中思想品德教育的要求可知,倡導(dǎo)自主、合作的學(xué)習模式是新教學(xué)環(huán)境下常用的教學(xué)模式,由此可知對話式教學(xué)在初中思想品德課中應(yīng)用的必要性和可能性。在此理論基礎(chǔ)上,我國目前在制度、教學(xué)形式和教學(xué)環(huán)境等上日趨注重對話式教學(xué)的應(yīng)用,加上國外有著優(yōu)秀的對話式教學(xué)的研究成果和經(jīng)驗可以參考和學(xué)習,筆者從多個方面分析了對話式教學(xué)在實際運用過程中應(yīng)該遵守的原則,結(jié)合教學(xué)實踐,從構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系、創(chuàng)設(shè)良好對話情境、合理生成對話主題、科學(xué)評價對話效果這幾個方面為對話式教學(xué)在初中思想品德課的應(yīng)用提出了具體的實施策略。這不僅有利于提高初中思想品德課中對話式教學(xué)應(yīng)用的效果,同時引起對對話式教學(xué)的重視程度,進而實現(xiàn)教書育人的目的。
[Abstract]:Because of the one-sided pursuit of the transition rate in the traditional junior middle school ideological and moral teaching, for a long time, the junior high school ideological and moral course adopts the traditional "monologue" teaching mode, which leads to the teacher's unilateral explanation and instillation of the junior high school ideological and moral education. And lack of overall care, communication and communication, students passively accept a state of monologue, so that there is very little research on dialogue teaching, in order to change this situation, The author draws lessons from the research results of the dialogue teaching theory, and integrates the theory into the daily teaching activities of the ideological and moral course in junior high school. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the research category of the application of dialogue teaching in junior high school ideological and moral education. This paper analyzes the concept of dialogue teaching, historical evolution and theoretical basis, and it can be seen from the analysis of three parts: the concept of dialogue teaching, the history of dialogue teaching and the theoretical basis. Dialogue teaching is a kind of teaching model which has been respected by domestic and foreign educational experts from ancient to present. In dialogue teaching, teachers and students are independent and equal. Under the guidance of teachers, students are allowed to explore a certain problem as the center. And use language, behavior or other means to communicate with each other, express their inner thoughts and opinions, and try to find and solve problems and difficulties encountered in the course of learning. The aim is to improve students' ability to communicate and understand. This paper makes a survey on the application of dialogue teaching in junior high school ideological and moral education, and finds out that dialogue teaching is a new teaching model. Although it has been applied in the ideological and moral course of junior high school in our country, But there is still some distance from the spirit of dialogue, and the reasons for this kind of present situation are analyzed in terms of the pressure of higher education, the position of the subject, the misunderstanding of cognition and the ability of dialogue. In addition, according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform on the ideological and moral education in junior high school, we can know that we should advocate autonomy. The cooperative learning model is a common teaching model in the new teaching environment. From this, we can see the necessity and possibility of the application of the dialogue teaching in the middle school ideological and moral class. On the basis of this theory, our country is now in the system. More and more attention has been paid to the application of dialogue teaching in the teaching form and teaching environment. Besides, foreign countries have excellent research results and experience of dialogue teaching that can be referred to and learned from. The author analyzes the principles that should be observed in the course of practical application of dialogue teaching from many aspects, combining with teaching practice, to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship, to create a good dialogue situation, and to reasonably generate dialogue themes. These aspects of scientific evaluation of dialogue effect put forward concrete implementation strategies for the application of dialogue teaching in junior high school ideological and moral education, which is not only conducive to improving the effect of dialogue teaching in junior high school. At the same time, the degree of attention to dialogue teaching, and then achieve the purpose of teaching and educating people.
