瀘州市瀘縣農(nóng)村初中體育活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:青少年的身體健康、綜合素質(zhì)關(guān)乎到整個(gè)國家和民族未來的振興。隨著社會(huì)的整體進(jìn)步,國民開始越來越關(guān)注自身的身體健康,但是由于城鄉(xiāng)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平差異、教育背景差異等問題,農(nóng)村和城市之間在體育鍛煉這方面所存在的差距在進(jìn)一步加大。農(nóng)村的青少年尤其是正處于身體發(fā)育成長年齡階段的初中生,由于學(xué)校體育教育、家庭體育教育和社會(huì)體育教育的缺失,其總體的體育現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。但農(nóng)村初中生特別是西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村的初中生體育教育和學(xué)習(xí)、鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀究竟如何,到底存在哪些問題,如何通過有效的手段或?qū)Σ呷ズ侠淼亟鉀Q,從而合理分配體育資源,著重提高西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村初中生的身體素質(zhì),提升西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村初中生的身體健康水平,是一個(gè)比較具有實(shí)際意義的研究課題。本文在體育意識(shí)和體育行為以及相關(guān)調(diào)查研究文獻(xiàn)的理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,用問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以瀘縣農(nóng)村初中生為樣本,抽樣調(diào)查了該縣農(nóng)村20所初中學(xué)校的600位農(nóng)村初中生,從問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果分析得出:該縣農(nóng)村初中生整體上對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉的興趣不高,特別是女生對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的激情不夠,全縣農(nóng)村初中生對(duì)體育鍛煉的意義認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,特別是對(duì)體育在提升學(xué)習(xí)效率和意志力、加深人際關(guān)系、愉悅身心、調(diào)節(jié)情緒等方面的積極作用認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深刻,缺乏加強(qiáng)體育鍛煉必要性的理念;全縣農(nóng)村初中生男生對(duì)足球、籃球等興趣比較大,女生對(duì)跳繩、毽子等運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目比較感興趣,乒乓球、羽毛球等是男女都比較喜歡的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目;農(nóng)村初中生日常體育鍛煉的頻率非常低,能夠堅(jiān)持每天體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的人數(shù)比重較小,特別是女生和高年級(jí)這種現(xiàn)象更加嚴(yán)重;瀘縣農(nóng)村初中學(xué)校雖然能夠按照國家要求正常開設(shè)體育課,但是能夠正常地按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上課的并不多,甚至更多時(shí)間體育課被文化課和其他事務(wù)占用,教學(xué)執(zhí)行質(zhì)量較差;該縣農(nóng)村初中體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和設(shè)備條件較差,缺乏專業(yè)的高質(zhì)量的體育場地,體育器材的擁有量較少,有些體育器材根本不夠?qū)W生使用;全縣體育老師隊(duì)伍力量較弱,學(xué)校老師不夠?qū)I(yè),學(xué)生對(duì)老師的滿意度較低;該縣農(nóng)村初中生參與體育鍛煉的時(shí)間基本是在學(xué)校強(qiáng)制要求的體育課、課間操等時(shí)間,自主參加體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極性較低;該縣農(nóng)村初中生對(duì)體育消費(fèi)的意愿較低,特別是在加強(qiáng)體育學(xué)習(xí)方面的消費(fèi)意愿較弱。為了解決瀘縣農(nóng)村初中體育現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,需要從以下幾個(gè)方面采取措施:第一,轉(zhuǎn)變體育鍛煉觀念;第二,加大體育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入;第三,加強(qiáng)體育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);第四,強(qiáng)化體育健康意識(shí);第五,充分挖掘初中體育課程資源。
[Abstract]:The physical health of young people, comprehensive quality related to the future revitalization of the whole country and nation. With the overall progress of society, the people began to pay more and more attention to their own physical health. However, due to the differences in economic level between urban and rural areas, educational background differences and other issues. The gap between rural and urban physical training in this area is further increased. Rural adolescents, especially junior high school students in the stage of physical development and growth age, due to school physical education. The lack of family physical education and social physical education, its overall physical education situation is not optimistic, but rural junior high school students, especially in the western rural areas of junior high school students physical education and learning, the status quo of exercise. In the end, what problems exist, how to solve the problems through effective means or countermeasures, so as to allocate sports resources rationally, and focus on improving the physical quality of rural junior high school students in the western region. Improving the level of physical health of rural junior high school students in western China is a more practical research topic. This paper is based on the theoretical research of sports consciousness, sports behavior and related literature. With questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, 600 junior middle school students in 20 junior middle schools in Luxian County were investigated by sampling with rural junior high school students in Luxian County. From the analysis of the questionnaire results: rural junior high school students in this county overall interest in sports exercise is not high, especially female students' passion for sports is not enough. Rural junior high school students in the county do not have enough understanding of the significance of physical exercise, especially in improving learning efficiency and willpower, deepening interpersonal relationships, pleasure, emotional adjustment and other aspects of the positive understanding is not deep enough. Lack of the concept of strengthening the necessity of physical exercise; Rural junior high school students in the county are more interested in football, basketball and other sports, girls are more interested in skipping, shuttlecock and other sports, table tennis, badminton and other sports are more like men and women; The frequency of daily physical exercise of rural junior high school students is very low, the proportion of people who can insist on daily sports is small, especially the phenomenon of girls and senior grades is more serious; Although the Luxian rural junior middle school can set up physical education according to the national requirements, but can normally according to the standard class is not much, or even more time physical education class by cultural and other affairs occupied. The quality of teaching execution is poor; The rural junior middle school sports infrastructure and equipment conditions are poor, lack of professional and high-quality sports venues, sports equipment is less, some sports equipment is not enough for students to use; The strength of physical education teachers in the whole county is weak, the school teachers are not professional enough, and the students' satisfaction with the teachers is low; The rural junior middle school students in this county participate in physical exercise time is basically compulsory in the school physical education, class exercise and other time, the initiative to participate in sports on their own is low; Rural junior middle school students in this county have a lower willingness to consume sports, especially in strengthening physical education. In order to solve the problems existing in Luxian rural junior middle school sports situation. Measures should be taken from the following aspects: first, to change the concept of physical exercise; Second, increase the input of sports funds; Third, strengthen the construction of physical education teachers; 4th, strengthen sports health consciousness; 5th, fully tap junior high school physical education curriculum resources.
