【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,改革的進(jìn)一步深入,只能頂天不能立地的傳統(tǒng)理論研究型人才培養(yǎng)越發(fā)顯得不合時(shí)宜,大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略順勢(shì)而出。2014年6月600多所地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型為應(yīng)用型職業(yè)院校的新聞一經(jīng)報(bào)道更是引起各方強(qiáng)烈反響。但職業(yè)教育在發(fā)展過(guò)程中也面臨諸多難題,尤其是雙師型教師隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)更是直接決定未來(lái)中國(guó)職業(yè)教育的成敗。文章著力從職業(yè)教育背景下高校教師職稱改革視野出發(fā),以昆明楊林職教園區(qū)為例,詳細(xì)論述了傳統(tǒng)高校教師職稱評(píng)審體系在評(píng)聘中存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)一步闡述了高校職稱評(píng)聘改革的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the readjustment of the industrial structure and the further deepening of the reform, the training of traditional theoretical research talents, who can only stand above the sky and cannot be based on the ground, is becoming more and more inopportune. The national strategy of developing vocational education is in line with the trend. The news that more than 600 local colleges and universities were transformed into application-oriented vocational colleges in June 2014 has aroused a strong response from all sides. However, vocational education also faces many difficulties in the process of development, especially the cultivation of double-qualified teachers directly determines the success or failure of China's vocational education in the future. From the perspective of teachers' professional title reform under the background of vocational education, taking Kunming Yang Lin Vocational Education Park as an example, this paper discusses in detail the problems existing in the traditional evaluation system of teachers' titles in colleges and universities. And further elaborated the university title appraisal employment reform countermeasure suggestion.
