[Abstract]:The practice and thinking of determining the rational structure and post setting of personnel in colleges and university--The work of Cai Neng Bin from 1989, with the support of the Ministry of Mechanical Industry, Pilot work was carried out to determine the rational structure of professional and technical personnel. From the determination of reasonable structure and post setup to the approval of the Ministry of Mechanical Industry to implement professional technical post structure control, after more than 6 years.
