【摘要】：正伴隨著國家職稱評(píng)定政策多年不斷地改革和完善,鐵路職稱評(píng)聘政策也在不斷地改革,但仍保留了一些弊病,需要進(jìn)一步加以完善。針對(duì)鐵路行業(yè)特別是鐵路企業(yè)在職稱評(píng)定方面的現(xiàn)行政策的利好變革和在企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)用當(dāng)中存在的問題進(jìn)行探討,期望在今后的職稱改革中更多考慮理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,在政策上對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)操作具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Along with the reform and perfection of the national professional title evaluation policy for many years, the railway title evaluation policy is also continuously reformed, but it still retains some disadvantages, which need to be further improved. In view of the positive changes in the current policies of the railway industry, especially the railway enterprises in the evaluation of professional titles, and the problems existing in the actual application of the enterprises, it is expected that more consideration will be given to the combination of theory and practice in the future professional title reform. It has the guiding significance to the practical operation on the policy.
