【摘要】：正 四川省昌寧縣是一個(gè)山區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)縣,全縣14個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、123個(gè)村,97.1%是山區(qū),總?cè)丝谥?4%的是農(nóng)民。各級(jí)黨玫領(lǐng)導(dǎo)認(rèn)識(shí)到:沒(méi)有農(nóng)民的小康就沒(méi)有全縣人民的小康。多年來(lái)十分重視農(nóng)村黨員、干部和群眾科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)的提高,堅(jiān)持科技與生產(chǎn)的結(jié)合,在各項(xiàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中不斷加大科技的含量和人才的培養(yǎng)。充分發(fā)揮縣科協(xié)、縣直各學(xué)(協(xié))會(huì)、縣科委和有關(guān)職能部門的作用,以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨校為陣地,農(nóng)技校為依托,圍繞全縣骨干產(chǎn)業(yè),開(kāi)展各種實(shí)用技術(shù)的培訓(xùn),組織農(nóng)村黨員、干部、科技示范戶、農(nóng)科員、各種技術(shù)輔導(dǎo)員
