【摘要】：正隨著醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)和輸血醫(yī)學(xué)的快速發(fā)展以及全社會對血液安全的更高要求,在國家加大對血站的硬件投入及出臺系列法規(guī)后,提高輸血醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的人員素質(zhì),加強和穩(wěn)定輸血醫(yī)學(xué)人才隊伍顯得更為緊迫。在國家衛(wèi)生行政管理部門、衛(wèi)生部人才交流服務(wù)中心和中國輸血協(xié)會的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,中國輸血協(xié)會專家委員會受委托攜業(yè)內(nèi)專家們努力做好建立輸血技術(shù)職稱序列和考試的相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)工作,輸血技術(shù)職稱序列已經(jīng)建立并開考4年,現(xiàn)回顧如下。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of medical science and blood transfusion medicine and the higher requirements of the whole society for blood safety, after the state has increased its hardware investment in blood stations and issued a series of laws and regulations, it has improved the quality of personnel in the field of blood transfusion medicine. It is more urgent to strengthen and stabilize the medical personnel team of blood transfusion. Under the leadership of the State Health Administration, the Ministry of Health's personnel Exchange Service Center and the China Blood Transfusion Association, The Committee of experts of China Blood Transfusion Association is entrusted with the experts of the industry to do a good job in establishing the technical title sequence of blood transfusion and the relevant academic work of examination. The title sequence of blood transfusion technology has been established and opened for 4 years.
