【摘要】：教師職稱(chēng)一直是高校教師最為關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也是人事制度改革的核心。中國(guó)高校教師職稱(chēng)評(píng)聘制度伴隨著我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,走過(guò)了50多年的歷程。本文通過(guò)對(duì)歷史的研究,把這一過(guò)程劃分為“兩個(gè)時(shí)期六個(gè)階段”,并對(duì)每一時(shí)期和階段的歷史史實(shí)和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述和分析。
[Abstract]:The title of teacher has always been the most concerned problem of college teachers, and also the core of personnel system reform. With the development of higher education in China, the system of evaluating and appointing teachers' titles has gone through more than 50 years. Through the study of history, this paper divides this process into "two periods and six stages", and expounds and analyzes the historical facts and characteristics of each period and stage.
