培養(yǎng)本科生的全球勝任力：一項探索性研究

全球化時代的跨國、跨文化交流與合作日益頻繁,給世界各國的發(fā)展都帶來了前所未有的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。在當(dāng)前世界新格局下,中國正主動參與全球治理并在國際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮積極作用,全面參與全球治理,必須以人才培養(yǎng)為先。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的全球勝任力既能夠符合時代發(fā)展的需要,又滿足我國現(xiàn)階段對全球治理人才的急需。眾多高校教師與研究者認(rèn)同全球勝任力培養(yǎng)的重要性,但從現(xiàn)有文獻分析,國內(nèi)關(guān)于全球勝任力教育的實證研究明顯不足,鮮少有為提高學(xué)生全球勝任力而設(shè)計的教學(xué)案例。因此,本研究聚焦于本科學(xué)生的全球勝任力培養(yǎng)實踐。研究選取上海市某大學(xué)本科生的通識教育課程《道德經(jīng)新賞》為對象,通過對本課程的課程設(shè)計、教學(xué)實踐和課程評價來探索本科階段學(xué)生全球勝任力培養(yǎng)的路徑。論文首先對全球勝任力的概念和框架、全球勝任力相關(guān)教學(xué)及測評實證研究及全球勝任力與基于項目的教學(xué)進行了闡述和文獻綜述,并建構(gòu)起基于中國環(huán)境的本科生全球勝任力框架,為后面的課程設(shè)計提供理論支撐。根據(jù)框架,設(shè)定課程目標(biāo)、選擇課程內(nèi)容,設(shè)計課程組織方式,擬定課程評估方法。教學(xué)實驗為期13周,每周145分鐘。在教學(xué)實施過程中,筆者對課堂主要教學(xué)活動進行錄音、錄像,并通過前測與后測及...
