霍耐特民主倫理思想探析

【摘要】：阿克塞爾?霍耐特(Axel Honneth,1949-),是當(dāng)代德國(guó)著名哲學(xué)家、社會(huì)理論家,法蘭克福大學(xué)社會(huì)研究所現(xiàn)任所長(zhǎng),也是法蘭克福學(xué)派第三代核心人物,批判理論第三期發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵人物。關(guān)于霍耐特的思想,目前國(guó)內(nèi)的研究主要涉及他的“承認(rèn)理論”與“多元正義”構(gòu)想。而近幾年來,隨著其研究關(guān)注點(diǎn)從“承認(rèn)理論”本身逐漸向社會(huì)政治領(lǐng)域的民主、自由、倫理、正義、價(jià)值以及道德等方面的轉(zhuǎn)向,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)霍耐特的批判理論的研究也主要在社會(huì)政治實(shí)踐和政治理論中獲得不斷的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新。通過對(duì)其前期的以“蔑視與反抗”為主題的社會(huì)“承認(rèn)理論”在人際關(guān)系道德領(lǐng)域的重建、以及以一元道德為基礎(chǔ)的“多元正義”構(gòu)想的闡釋和論述,我們可以看出霍耐特的問題域和研究領(lǐng)域都在發(fā)生著不斷的自我擴(kuò)張。他的“民主倫理思想”的形成,正是在社會(huì)中主體間相互“承認(rèn)”與尊重的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)民主公眾性的一種分析原則的規(guī)范性重構(gòu)。在該重構(gòu)的過程中,霍耐特將社會(huì)自由與正義在包括道德的各個(gè)社會(huì)領(lǐng)域中進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析與考察,并最終展現(xiàn)給我們一種關(guān)于建構(gòu)自由社會(huì)的分析正義的方法以及民主倫理在社會(huì)自由實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的重要作用的觀點(diǎn)。這標(biāo)志著在霍耐特這里實(shí)現(xiàn)了法蘭克福學(xué)派批判理論的“政治倫理轉(zhuǎn)向”,它不僅表明了霍耐特的“承認(rèn)理論”及其“多元正義”構(gòu)想與當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,也在一定意義上顯示了法蘭克福學(xué)派的最新發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)霍耐特的民主倫理思想的研究,一方面有助于我們了解和把握當(dāng)代西方倫理文化與社會(huì)政治實(shí)踐互相融匯交流的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),另一方面也對(duì)我國(guó)的倫理文化建設(shè)與社會(huì)政治發(fā)展尤其是和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建具有一定的啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:Axel? Axel Honneth,1949-, a famous contemporary German philosopher, social theorist, the current director of the Institute of Social Studies of Frankfurt University, is also the third generation core of the Frankfurt School and the key figure of the third development of critical theory. About Honet's thought, the domestic research mainly involves his "theory of admission" and "pluralistic justice". And in recent years, as its focus has shifted from the theory of recognition itself to democracy, freedom, ethics, justice, values and morality in the field of social politics, The domestic research on Honet's critical theory has also been developed and innovated in social political practice and political theory. Through the reconstruction of his earlier social "recognition theory" with the theme of "contempt and resistance" in the moral field of interpersonal relations, as well as the interpretation and discussion of the concept of "pluralistic justice" based on the unitary morality. We can see that Honet's problem areas and research areas are constantly expanding. The formation of his "democratic ethics thought" is the normative reconstruction of an analytical principle of democratic public on the basis of mutual "recognition" and respect among the subjects in the society. In the process of reconstruction, Honett makes a detailed analysis and investigation of social freedom and justice in all social fields, including morality. Finally, it shows us a view on the analysis of justice and the important role of democratic ethics in the process of realizing social freedom. This marks the realization of the "political ethical turn" of the Frankfurt school's critical theory in Honet, which not only shows the interactive relationship between Honet's "theory of recognition" and the concept of "pluralistic justice" and contemporary political philosophy. It also shows the latest development trend of Frankfurt School in a certain sense. On the one hand, the study of Honet's democratic ethics will help us to understand and grasp the development trend of contemporary western ethical culture and social and political practice. On the other hand, it also has certain enlightening significance for the construction of ethical culture and social political development, especially the construction of harmonious society.
