【摘要】：克法洛斯是《王制》第一卷中的重要人物,他與蘇格拉底的交談內(nèi)容關(guān)系到《王制》中許多重要的論題。從最根本的意義上講,克法洛斯代表了當(dāng)時(shí)雅典城邦的政治文化氛圍:作為具有卓越經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的異邦商人,具有雅典民主制的城邦根本的商業(yè)特征;他對(duì)哲學(xué)的喜好其實(shí)來自于智術(shù)師的跨城邦的哲學(xué)普及教育。他和蘇格拉底的交談,將引出整部《王制》的談?wù)撝黝}:首先,從老年的狀態(tài)開始談起,牽涉愛欲與靈魂的關(guān)系問題;其次,克法洛斯引用詩(shī)人的話,一開始就傳達(dá)出詩(shī)歌與哲學(xué)關(guān)于什么是好的生活的沖突,即后來所謂詩(shī)與哲學(xué)之爭(zhēng);最后,由于蘇格拉底的挑明,克法洛斯從財(cái)富問題直接引入關(guān)于正義的討論。但是,他的正義本質(zhì)上是民主制度下的個(gè)人正義,而非蘇格拉底的城邦正義。于是,在蘇格拉底進(jìn)一步詰問時(shí),克法洛斯選擇了回避。
[Abstract]:Cphalos is an important figure in the first volume of King's system. His conversation with Socrates is related to many important topics in King's system. In the most fundamental sense, Cafalos represented the political and cultural atmosphere of the Athens city-state at that time: as a foreign businessman with outstanding economic status, he had the fundamental commercial characteristics of the city-state of the Athenian democracy; His preference for philosophy actually comes from the universal education of philosophy across the city by the master of intellect. His conversation with Socrates will lead to the whole subject of "King's system": first, starting with the state of old age, involving the relationship between love and soul; and secondly, Cleopatra quoting the poet, It conveys the conflict between poetry and philosophy about what is a good life, that is, the dispute between poetry and philosophy. Finally, because of Socrates' revelation, Cphalos directly introduces the discussion of justice from the problem of wealth. However, his justice is essentially the individual justice under the democratic system, not the city-state justice of Socrates. So, when Socrates questioned him further, Cefalos chose to avoid.
