【摘要】：自由意志問題,這個古老而彌新,復(fù)雜而繁瑣的問題歷來困擾著無數(shù)的哲學(xué)家。在漫長的人類智慧史長河中,其中不乏少數(shù)的哲學(xué)家提出了一些很精彩獨(dú)到的洞見和解決思路。然而,終究由于自身的局限性和一定歷史條件的限制使得他們不能科學(xué)地看待和解釋人的自由意志。為此,哲學(xué)家們一直為這個問題爭論不休且各執(zhí)一端,形成了異彩紛呈的自由學(xué)說與流派。本文試圖以康德的自由意志理論為基礎(chǔ),并站在康德倫理學(xué)的立場上,系統(tǒng)闡述了他建基在自由意志基礎(chǔ)上的道德哲學(xué)、法哲學(xué)和宗教哲學(xué)。 自由意志是康德哲學(xué)的核心和基礎(chǔ),是其整個哲學(xué)體系大廈的奠基石�？档抡軐W(xué)的核心和最終目的是重建道德哲學(xué),道德哲學(xué)最普遍的真正的根本問題是自由問題。只有以自由意志為前設(shè)條件,內(nèi)在的道德和外在的法權(quán)才得以可能,才有其先天的根據(jù),人的尊嚴(yán)與自由才得以確立與實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了道德的圓滿和神圣性,使人達(dá)到共同至善境界并邁入恒久和平的倫理社會,故而在自由意志公設(shè)之上假設(shè)靈魂不朽和上帝存在,使得道德必然導(dǎo)致宗教。宗教哲學(xué)便成為道德哲學(xué)的重要補(bǔ)充和組成部分,自由意志便成為道德哲學(xué)與宗教哲學(xué)的最佳結(jié)合點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The question of free will, which is old and new, complex and complicated, has always troubled countless philosophers. In the long history of human wisdom, a few philosophers put forward some brilliant insights and solutions. However, due to their own limitations and the limitations of certain historical conditions, they can not scientifically view and explain the free will of human beings. For this reason, philosophers have been arguing about this issue and forming various theories and schools of freedom. Based on Kant's theory of free will and from the standpoint of Kant's ethics, this paper systematically expounds his moral philosophy, legal philosophy and religious philosophy based on free will. Free will is the core and foundation of Kant's philosophy and the cornerstone of its whole philosophical system. The core and ultimate aim of Kant's philosophy is to rebuild moral philosophy. Only with free will as the precondition, the inherent morality and the external legal power can be possible, only then can there be its innate basis, and the dignity and freedom of the human being can be established and realized. In order to achieve the perfection and sanctity of morality, to make people reach the state of common goodness and enter into the eternal and peaceful ethical society, it is assumed that the soul is immortal and God exists on the basis of the public assumption of free will, which makes morality inevitably lead to religion. Religious philosophy has become an important supplement and component of moral philosophy, and free will has become the best combination of moral philosophy and religious philosophy.
