作為亞里士多德注疏者的波愛修——其對(duì)《解釋篇》第九章的注疏和發(fā)展

【摘要】:從波愛修對(duì)亞里士多德《解釋篇》第九章的注疏,特別是從他處理未來偶然事件問題的方式上,可看出他是位忠實(shí)的亞里士多德主義者。他沿用了亞里士多德主義的解決方案,而非斯多亞派的方案:他與亞里士多德傳統(tǒng)一同將此問題視為一個(gè)邏輯決定論的問題,而斯多亞派則將此問題視為因果決定論問題。本文在揭示波愛修之亞里士多德傳承的同時(shí),也將揭示他如何在《哲學(xué)的慰藉》中將柏拉圖關(guān)于永恒和時(shí)間的理論融入他對(duì)此問題的討論之中,從而得以優(yōu)雅地解決亞氏所提出的兩個(gè)關(guān)于未來偶然事件的悖論。
[Abstract]:From his notes on chapter 9 of Aristotle's explanation, especially from the way he deals with the problem of future accidental events, we can see that he is a faithful Aristotelian. He followed the Aristotelian solution, not the stoic solution: he, along with Aristotle's tradition, regarded the problem as a logical determinism, while the stoicans regarded it as a causal determinism. While revealing Aristotle's inheritance, this paper will also reveal how Plato's theory of eternity and time is incorporated into his discussion of this issue in the consolation of philosophy. In this way, we can solve the two paradoxes of future accidental events put forward by Aristotle gracefully.
