【摘要】：荀子的國家治理倫理思想博采眾家之長,兼收并蓄,形成了獨樹一幟的國家治理倫理思想體系,為當(dāng)代中國國家治理留下了寶貴的文化遺產(chǎn)。荀子的國家治理倫理思想與先秦儒家思想一脈相承,具有深厚的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),即“化性起偽”的人性論,荀子認為人性惡,人人都有利己之心,這即是各種沖突和矛盾之源,必須以“禮”來調(diào)節(jié),并輔以法治手段;“天人相分”的天人觀,“天人相分”破除了鬼神之說對國家治理的干擾,“天”與“人”是互相獨立的,都具有客觀運行的規(guī)律;“知之在人”的認識論,強調(diào)人有認識世界的能力,可以利用客觀世界為自己服務(wù)。同時荀子思想包含了豐富的國家治理倫理思想內(nèi)涵,即“王霸兼用”的國家治理價值理念、“足國裕民”的國家治理價值目標、“隆禮重法”的國家治理倫理原則、“明分使群”的國家治理倫理方略。荀子的國家治理倫理思想以其獨特的思想魅力在國家治理領(lǐng)域大放異彩。荀子的國家治理倫理思想,核心特征在于注重治理主體的道德建設(shè),強調(diào)共同富裕與社會和諧的重要性,注重國家治理的實效性,對后世產(chǎn)生了深遠的影響,對于如何構(gòu)建當(dāng)代中國國家治理體系,增強國家治理能力,實現(xiàn)共同富裕以及推進社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:Xunzi's thought of national governance ethics is a unique system of national governance ethics and has left a valuable cultural heritage for contemporary China's national governance. Xunzi's ethical thought of national governance is in the same vein with the pre-Qin Confucian thought, and has a deep philosophical foundation, that is, the theory of human nature, that is, "changing nature from false". Xunzi believes that human nature is evil, and everyone is good for himself, which is the source of all kinds of conflicts and contradictions. It must be adjusted by "courtesy" and supplemented by the means of rule of law, and the view of "heaven and man are separated from each other", "the separation of nature and man" breaks down the interference of the theory of ghosts and gods on the governance of the country, "heaven" and "man" are independent of each other, and both have the law of objective operation. The epistemology of "knowing lies in man" emphasizes that man has the ability to know the world and can use the objective world to serve himself. At the same time, Xunzi's thought contains the rich connotation of national governance ethics, that is, the concept of national governance value of "Wang Ba", the value goal of "sufficient country and the people", and the ethical principle of national governance of "long ritual and heavy law". The National Governance Ethics Strategy of "dividing the groups clearly". Xunzi's ethical thought of national governance is brilliant in the field of national governance with its unique ideological charm. The core characteristic of Xunzi's ethical thought of national governance lies in paying attention to the moral construction of the governing subject, emphasizing the importance of common prosperity and social harmony, and paying attention to the effectiveness of national governance, which has had a profound impact on later generations. It has important enlightenment on how to construct the contemporary Chinese national governance system, strengthen the national governance ability, realize the common prosperity and promote the socialist modernization construction.
