【摘要】：基于塞爾學(xué)說(shuō),建構(gòu)"兩山"制度的關(guān)鍵是通過(guò)言語(yǔ)行為能力建構(gòu)制度性事實(shí)體系來(lái)重視原始事實(shí),然后又用原始事實(shí)的存在保障了制度性事實(shí)的建構(gòu)與發(fā)展。奧爾曼的內(nèi)在關(guān)系辯證法能夠克服塞爾制度性實(shí)在理論框架的斷裂、靜態(tài)化和極簡(jiǎn)化的缺陷,使得"綠水青山"和"金山銀山"是一種關(guān)系整體,兩者之間的相互作用是自身本質(zhì)的一部分。
[Abstract]:Based on Searle's theory, the key to construct the system of "two mountains" is to pay attention to the original facts through the ability of speech act to construct the institutional fact system, and then to guarantee the construction and development of the institutional facts with the existence of the original facts. Orman's internal relationship dialectics can overcome the defects of Searle's theoretical framework of institutional reality, static and simplified, and make "Green Water and Green Mountain" and "Jinshan Silver Mountain" as a whole. The interaction between the two is part of their essence.
