【摘要】：從《左傳》所述春秋史實看,其時大小國之間的力量對比尚未失衡,大國對小國猶有忌憚。更重要的是,春秋時周禮猶有濃厚影響,這對霸主的強(qiáng)權(quán)構(gòu)成有力制約。由于這兩方面的原因,春秋時的大小國有雙向的責(zé)任和義務(wù):大國對小國要扶危濟(jì)困,小國對大國也要克敬職貢,這正是《老子》所述大小國關(guān)系的時代背景。相反,戰(zhàn)國之世捐禮義而任詐偽,以攻伐為賢,大小國的力量對比已嚴(yán)重失衡。所以,《老子》對大小國相處原則的這種設(shè)計只可能出現(xiàn)于春秋時代,而絕不可能是戰(zhàn)國之世。
[Abstract]:From the historical facts of the Spring and Autumn period mentioned in Zuo Zhuan, the balance of power between big and small countries has not yet been unbalanced, and the big countries are still afraid of small countries.More importantly, Zhou Li still had a strong influence in the Spring and Autumn period, which restricted the power of the overlord.For these two reasons, the responsibilities and obligations of big and small countries in the Spring and Autumn period are as follows: large countries should help small countries in distress, and small countries should also pay tribute to large countries. This is precisely the background of the relationship between big and small countries mentioned in Laozi.On the contrary, the warring States donated courtesy and false, in order to attack for the good, the power of small countries has been seriously out of balance.So this design of the principle of getting along with big and small states can only appear in the Spring and Autumn period, not in the warring States period.
