【摘要】:孔子作《春秋》,三傳為之詮解,傳以經(jīng)言大義,后人理解“微言大義”,或以孔子口傳密授,僅公羊得之;或藉“義例”褒貶言之。清人劉逢祿認(rèn)為,闡釋圣人微言大義,必須兼有師法傳承與義例褒貶,方能彰明圣人著述思想。清代發(fā)揚今文經(jīng)學(xué),尤推何休,義例之學(xué)同時得到重視。論文認(rèn)為除了經(jīng)學(xué)內(nèi)在的漢學(xué)溯源,清代對“例”的研究,有一部分影響來自清代對“律例”的不斷修纂,深化了經(jīng)學(xué)家對“經(jīng)例”的重視與詮釋,同時將漢代藉經(jīng)義以決獄的做法重新發(fā)揚,劉逢祿即具代表性人物。
[Abstract]:Confucius wrote "Spring and Autumn", the interpretation of the three legacies, spread by the great righteousness of scriptures, posterity to understand "small words of great righteousness," or Confucius oral teaching, only male sheep, or through "righteousness" praise and derogation. The Qing Dynasty Liu Fenglu that the interpretation of the great meaning of the sage, It is necessary to have both the inheritance of the teaching method and the praise and derogation of the righteousness examples. Fang Nengzhang and Ming Dynasty wrote the thoughts of the sage. The Qing Dynasty carried forward the study of the present literary classics, especially the study of the literary classics, and attached importance to the study of the meaning examples. The paper holds that besides the origin of Sinology, the study of the case in the Qing Dynasty was carried out in the Qing Dynasty. Part of the influence comes from the continuous compilation of the "laws and regulations" in the Qing Dynasty, which deepens the attention and interpretation of the Confucian classics by the scholars, and at the same time redevelops the practice of the Han Dynasty to solve the prison by means of the classics and righteousness, and Liu Fenglu is a representative figure.
