【摘要】:社會(huì)信任作為一種實(shí)踐哲學(xué),在不同社會(huì)歷史形態(tài)下承載著不同的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,在近代實(shí)踐哲學(xué)視閾下,社會(huì)信任主要通過"公共意志"和"個(gè)人意志"關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)出來,對此康德從先驗(yàn)哲學(xué)出發(fā)闡釋了社會(huì)信任道德建構(gòu)的先決條件,雖然解釋了社會(huì)信任普遍性問題,但就其存在根基而言,它則缺失現(xiàn)實(shí)性。為解決此困境,黑格爾立足超驗(yàn)性論證了法、倫理和國家之間內(nèi)在一致性及其存在的根基,即源于無人身"絕對精神"的理性實(shí)踐。對此,馬克思批判了黑格爾式的國家形而上學(xué)理論及其在此統(tǒng)治下的虛假社會(huì)信任現(xiàn)狀,建構(gòu)一個(gè)自由聯(lián)合體的社會(huì)信任形態(tài),此社會(huì)信任形態(tài)的建構(gòu)能夠增進(jìn)社會(huì)正義感和幸福感,它作為"治國之道"能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)社會(huì)整體的善。
[Abstract]:As a kind of practical philosophy, social trust bears different meanings of the times in different social and historical forms, and it is in the perspective of modern practical philosophy. Social trust is mainly presented through the relationship between "public will" and "individual will", in which Kant explains the prerequisite for the construction of social trust morality from the transcendental philosophy. Although it explains the universality of social trust, it lacks reality in terms of its foundation of existence. In order to solve this dilemma, Hegel demonstrated the law based on transcendence. The internal consistency between ethics and the state and the foundation of its existence, that is, the rational practice without the "absolute spirit" of the person. Marx criticized Hegel's theory of state metaphysics and its false social trust under this rule and constructed the social trust form of a free association. The construction of this form of social trust can promote the sense of social justice and happiness, and it can realize the good of the whole society as the way of governing the country.
