背景:癌癥是重大全球公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題,預(yù)計(jì)到2040年癌癥患者數(shù)量將增加60%以上。世界衛(wèi)生組織數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2018年全球新增癌癥病例1810萬(wàn)例,預(yù)計(jì)到2040年每年新增病例數(shù)將突破2940萬(wàn)例。由于對(duì)癌癥的遺傳和分子基礎(chǔ)了解不足阻礙了治療方案的開(kāi)發(fā),以及缺乏可靠的癌癥診斷和預(yù)后生物標(biāo)志物,導(dǎo)致癌癥患者的死亡率居高不下。為了更好地抗擊癌癥,需要對(duì)導(dǎo)致癌變和疾病發(fā)展的過(guò)程,包括引起腫瘤的分子和遺傳改變等進(jìn)行更詳細(xì)、深入的探究。因此,本論文的整體目標(biāo)是發(fā)現(xiàn)新的在癌癥中失調(diào)的分子,檢查其在癌癥預(yù)后中的作用,并揭示其發(fā)揮作用機(jī)制,從而確定其作為腫瘤生物標(biāo)志物或治療靶標(biāo)的可能性。具體來(lái)說(shuō),本研究分析了六種長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA（PTPRG-AS1,FOXP4-AS1,BLACAT2,ZXF2,UCC和SAP30L-AS1）在胃癌中的表達(dá)水平及其臨床意義。接下來(lái),研究了 8種不同的CBX家族成員在胃癌中的表達(dá)水平和預(yù)后判斷價(jià)值。然后,評(píng)估了 VCAN在多種癌癥中的表達(dá)水平、分子機(jī)制及預(yù)后判斷中的作用。最后,闡明了核糖核苷酸還原酶調(diào)節(jié)亞基M2（RRM2）在30種不同人類(lèi)癌癥致癌過(guò)程中的作用。方法:通過(guò)RT-q...
