M2型巨噬細(xì)胞在肝細(xì)胞肝癌中的表達(dá)及其預(yù)后價(jià)值

背景與目的原發(fā)性肝細(xì)胞肝癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是全球第五大最常見的惡性腫瘤,也是全球常見的惡性腫瘤死亡原因之一。據(jù)估計(jì),每年新增病例和死亡人數(shù)超過50萬人。HCC病情進(jìn)展迅速、術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率高、轉(zhuǎn)移率高(5年內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移率為50%至70%),且預(yù)后不良。盡管目前HCC基礎(chǔ)和臨床研究已取得諸多成果,很多患者受益于外科手術(shù)、介入治療、射頻消融等治療方法,但由于HCC起病隱匿,早期癥狀不明顯,晚期HCC患者較常見且病例數(shù)呈逐年上升趨勢,這些患者出現(xiàn)明顯臨床癥狀時多已伴遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移,提示預(yù)后極差。同時,術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率較高也是治療HCC的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。因此,尋找更具潛力的生物標(biāo)志物將有助于為HCC診斷和預(yù)測肝癌的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提高參考。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),炎癥對于腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展起著重要作用,約20%的癌癥與慢性感染有關(guān)。長期以來,慢性炎癥與惡性腫瘤的發(fā)病率增加有關(guān),并且在調(diào)控機(jī)制上也有相似之處。天然免疫細(xì)胞包括巨噬細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞,他們通過各種機(jī)制促進(jìn)腫瘤的發(fā)展。有研究表明,肝癌的發(fā)展需要腫瘤細(xì)胞與周圍微環(huán)境之間的相互作用。腫瘤微環(huán)境是指腫瘤局部浸潤的免疫細(xì)胞、間質(zhì)細(xì)胞及所分泌的活性介質(zhì)等與腫...
