多聚嘧啶區(qū)結(jié)合蛋白1（PTBP1）在多種疾病,尤其是在某些癌癥中發(fā)揮作用。為明確PTBP1在人體的生物學(xué)功能,本文匯總了調(diào)控PTBP1相關(guān)的mi RNA、長鏈非編碼RNA（lnc RNA）和RNA結(jié)合蛋白。另外,我們重點(diǎn)闡述了PTBP1充當(dāng)糖酵解、細(xì)胞凋亡、增殖、腫瘤發(fā)生、侵襲和遷移的調(diào)節(jié)劑,并為制定有用的癌癥治療策略做出了潛在貢獻(xiàn)。
