TUG1-miR-299-3p axis在胰腺癌中的調(diào)控功能及其機(jī)制研究

胰腺癌(Pancreatic cancer)是世界范圍內(nèi)最惡性的疾病之一。胰腺癌早期,多數(shù)患者無明顯癥狀或體征,直到腫瘤細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移到其他器官后發(fā)展為晚期才被診斷出來。因此,尋找胰腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展、早期診斷及預(yù)后相關(guān)的新的生物學(xué)指標(biāo),對于早期發(fā)現(xiàn)胰腺癌并改善胰腺癌患者的預(yù)后具有重要意義。隨著基因組和轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,鑒定出許多新型非蛋白編碼轉(zhuǎn)錄產(chǎn)物,在這些大量非蛋白質(zhì)編碼轉(zhuǎn)錄物中,長鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)是一類新型的非蛋白質(zhì)編碼轉(zhuǎn)錄物,長度超過200個核苷酸,在多種病理生理過程中具有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),TUG1是一種新型的長鏈非編碼RNA,長度為7.1-kb,位于染色體22q12,首次發(fā)現(xiàn)被認(rèn)為是一種新型的視網(wǎng)膜非編碼RNA,為各種惡性腫瘤中的關(guān)鍵致癌基因。隨著對TUG1研究增多,TUG1在多種腫瘤中被發(fā)現(xiàn),然而目前在胰腺癌中TUG1的研究仍處于起步階段,在胰腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中作用機(jī)制尚不明確,有待進(jìn)一步闡釋。miR-299-3p是miRNAs的一種,目前國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)對其有較少報道。有研究表明,miR-299-3p在骨肉瘤組織中表達(dá)下調(diào),與腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖、凋亡以及化療等有關(guān)。生物信息...
