　　背景:亮氨酸拉鏈EF-hand結構域跨膜蛋白1（LETM1）是一種線粒體蛋白,與多種器官腫瘤的發(fā)生密切相關,它在腫瘤（如胃癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、腎癌、結直腸癌、肝癌等）中過度表達,提示它與人類多種惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關。但目前關于LETM1在食管鱗癌中表達的研究還未見報道,而且LETM1與腫瘤干細胞的關系目前也還不清楚。目的:本文探討了 LETM1在食管鱗癌中表達的臨床病理意義及其在評估食管鱗癌患者預后的價值。另外,進一步深入研究LETM1與腫瘤干細胞的關系,為食管鱗癌的靶向治療提供新靶點。方法:從組織學水平和細胞學水平上分別檢測LETM1的表達情況。首先采用免疫組織化學法檢測LETM1在166例食管鱗癌組織標本和16例癌旁正常食管粘膜上皮組織標本中的表達情況,從而進一步統(tǒng)計分析LETM1的表達與臨床病理參數(shù)、腫瘤干細胞標志物、腫瘤微環(huán)境相關因子,以及細胞周期相關因子的關系;另外采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析證明LETM1對評估食管鱗癌患者預后的有效價值。其次,利用蛋白質印跡法及免疫熒光法檢測在食管鱗癌細胞系（TE1、TE8、TE10、TE11、ECG10、HCE7）中LETM...
