背景:亮氨酸拉鏈EF-hand結(jié)構(gòu)域跨膜蛋白1（LETM1）是一種線粒體蛋白,與多種器官腫瘤的發(fā)生密切相關(guān),它在腫瘤（如胃癌、肺癌、卵巢癌、腎癌、結(jié)直腸癌、肝癌等）中過度表達,提示它與人類多種惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。但目前關(guān)于LETM1在食管鱗癌中表達的研究還未見報道,而且LETM1與腫瘤干細胞的關(guān)系目前也還不清楚。目的:本文探討了 LETM1在食管鱗癌中表達的臨床病理意義及其在評估食管鱗癌患者預(yù)后的價值。另外,進一步深入研究LETM1與腫瘤干細胞的關(guān)系,為食管鱗癌的靶向治療提供新靶點。方法:從組織學(xué)水平和細胞學(xué)水平上分別檢測LETM1的表達情況。首先采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測LETM1在166例食管鱗癌組織標(biāo)本和16例癌旁正常食管粘膜上皮組織標(biāo)本中的表達情況,從而進一步統(tǒng)計分析LETM1的表達與臨床病理參數(shù)、腫瘤干細胞標(biāo)志物、腫瘤微環(huán)境相關(guān)因子,以及細胞周期相關(guān)因子的關(guān)系;另外采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析證明LETM1對評估食管鱗癌患者預(yù)后的有效價值。其次,利用蛋白質(zhì)印跡法及免疫熒光法檢測在食管鱗癌細胞系（TE1、TE8、TE10、TE11、ECG10、HCE7）中LETM...
