　　目的:研究包括應(yīng)用抗生素在內(nèi)的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移性直腸癌患者無(wú)進(jìn)展生存期的影響。方法:回顧性分析于2013年7月1日至2019年7月1日期間在河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第四醫(yī)院接受姑息性化療的32例轉(zhuǎn)移性直腸癌患者的臨床資料。比較抗生素組與對(duì)照組之間臨床特征以及化療療效的差異時(shí),應(yīng)用Fisher精確檢驗(yàn)分析計(jì)數(shù)資料,應(yīng)用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)分析計(jì)量資料。比較各臨床特征以及抗生素應(yīng)用情況對(duì)無(wú)進(jìn)展生存期（PFS）的影響時(shí),以首劑姑息性化療為起點(diǎn),以疾病進(jìn)展為終點(diǎn)事件,單因素分析采用Kaplan-Meier方法,并用Log-rank進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),使用COX比例風(fēng)險(xiǎn)模型進(jìn)行多因素回歸分析。結(jié)果:1.對(duì)照組與抗生素組化療療效之間存在顯著性差異（P=0.038）,對(duì)照組的化療療效優(yōu)于抗生素組。2.PFS單因素及多因素分析:PFS單因素分析中年齡（P=0.053）、性別（P=0.492）、組織學(xué)類型（P=0.798）、放療（P=0.712）、靶向治療（P=0.405）、一線姑息性化療方案（P=0.698）、姑息性手術(shù)治療（P=0.665）、既往根治性手術(shù)治療（P=0.406）、首劑姑息性化療前后30天內(nèi)應(yīng)用抗生素（P=0....
