藥物化療依然是目前癌癥最基礎(chǔ)的治療方法之一,然而不同患者對(duì)化療藥物的敏感性存在個(gè)體間的差異,有些甚至對(duì)藥物化療產(chǎn)生耐藥,此類問(wèn)題成為腫瘤臨床治療過(guò)程中的棘手問(wèn)題。近年研究顯示,腸道菌群可以通過(guò)多種機(jī)制調(diào)節(jié)宿主對(duì)化療的反應(yīng),包括免疫相互作用、異質(zhì)代謝和改變菌落結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)新近興起的免疫治療及化療藥物的療效發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵性的調(diào)節(jié)作用。筆者介紹臨床上使用的傳統(tǒng)化療藥物以及新型免疫治療藥物抗CTLA-4以及抗PD-1抗體對(duì)腸道菌群的影響,以及此種作用對(duì)化療療效的影響及其作用機(jī)制,以期為以腸道菌群為潛在靶點(diǎn)的癌癥治療提供依據(jù)和線索。
