基于生物材料支架的局部給藥系統(tǒng)在癌癥免疫治療中的應(yīng)用(英文)

免疫治療因其在治療廣譜腫瘤的顯著臨床治療效果而備受關(guān)注.然而,不能控制治療藥物在腫瘤部位局部滯留和維持有效藥物濃度是癌癥免疫治療的一大挑戰(zhàn).基于生物材料支架的局部給藥系統(tǒng)有望解決這一挑戰(zhàn),其能輕易和集中地遞送免疫治療劑到腫瘤原位,從而降低系統(tǒng)給藥帶來的全身毒性.本文總結(jié)了基于生物材料支架的局部給藥系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展,遞送的免疫治療劑包括疫苗、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑和免疫細(xì)胞等;介紹了生物材料支架類局部藥物共遞送系統(tǒng)在抗腫瘤免疫聯(lián)合治療中的應(yīng)用,包括化療免疫治療、光熱免疫治療等;最后,討論了生物支架類局部給藥系統(tǒng)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)以及發(fā)展前景.
