目的:通過分析循環(huán)腫瘤細胞（Circulating tumor cell,CTC）與口腔鱗狀細胞癌（Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC）及口咽鱗狀細胞癌（Oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma,OPSCC）無病生存期（Disease free survival,DFS）之間的關(guān)系,旨在探討CTC在口腔及口咽鱗癌患者生存和預(yù)后評估中的臨床價值。方法:選取2018年03月至2019年03月在河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第四醫(yī)院住院,并經(jīng)病理診斷確診為口腔及口咽鱗癌的89例Ⅰ-Ⅳ期患者為研究對象,其中OSCC患者47例,OPSCC患者42例。所有患者均行原發(fā)灶切除術(shù),其中57例患者行頸部淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù),單純手術(shù)患者38例,手術(shù)聯(lián)合放療患者41例,手術(shù)聯(lián)合放化療患者10例。所有研究對象術(shù)前通過陰性富集及免疫熒光原位雜交（immuno fluorescence in situ hybridization,im FISH）技術(shù)檢測CTC,分析CTC與口腔及口咽鱗癌患者DFS的關(guān)系。應(yīng)用SPSS26.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析。采用卡方檢驗分析計數(shù)資料,...
