腫瘤細(xì)胞發(fā)生有絲分裂災(zāi)難分子機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:有絲分裂災(zāi)難是一種新的細(xì)胞死亡形式,是有絲分裂過程失調(diào)而發(fā)生的細(xì)胞死亡現(xiàn)象,是一個真正意義上的內(nèi)源性腫瘤抑制機(jī)制。然而,盡管有絲分裂災(zāi)難在預(yù)防和治療腫瘤中具有重要意義,但其發(fā)生的分子機(jī)制尚未清晰闡明。本文探討腫瘤細(xì)胞發(fā)生有絲分裂災(zāi)難機(jī)制最新的研究進(jìn)展,為腫瘤細(xì)胞發(fā)生有絲分裂災(zāi)難機(jī)制的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Mitotic disaster is a new form of cell death, which is a phenomenon of cell death caused by the disorder of mitosis process, and it is a real mechanism of endogenous tumor inhibition. However, although mitotic disaster is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of tumors, the molecular mechanism of mitosis has not been clearly clarified. In this paper, the latest research progress on the mechanism of mitosis disaster in tumor cells is discussed, which provides a reference for the further study of the mechanism of mitosis disaster in tumor cells.
