【摘要】：理想的腫瘤治療制劑能特異性地靶向于腫瘤細(xì)胞,起到安全有效的藥物傳遞作用。核酸適配體非同尋常的分子識(shí)別能力使得其成為最具前景的生物靶向分子。筆者從結(jié)合方式、載體種類(lèi)等方面,以有代表性的核酸適配體與靶向制劑結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料為依據(jù),進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié),綜述了近5年來(lái)核酸適配體用于靶向腫瘤制劑構(gòu)建的最新研究進(jìn)展,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析與展望。
[Abstract]:The ideal tumor therapeutic preparation can specifically target tumor cells and play a safe and effective role in drug delivery. The unusual molecular recognition ability of nucleic acid aptamers makes it the most promising biological target molecule. Based on the literature on the combination of representative nucleic acid aptamers and targeted preparations from the aspects of binding mode and carrier types, the latest research progress of nucleic acid aptamers used in the construction of targeted tumor preparations in recent 5 years was reviewed, and the existing problems were analyzed and prospected.
