GRO-1和CXCR2在非小細胞肺癌中的表達及臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:檢測趨化因子生長相關性癌基因-1(C-X-C growth-regulated oneogene1,GRO-1)和趨化因子受體2(C-X-C motif receptor2,CXCR2)在非小細胞肺癌(NSCLC)組織及其相應癌旁肺組織中的表達,并分析二種蛋白的表達與臨床病理特征之間的關系。方法:取2015年7月至2016年7月貴州省人民醫(yī)院胸外科手術切除的50例肺癌標本,術后病理均證實為非小細胞肺癌,并采取免疫組化染色法(S-P法)測定癌及其癌旁肺組織中GRO-1及CXCR2的表達,其差異采用卡方檢驗分析,并分析兩種蛋白在不同年齡、性別、吸煙史、病理分型、病理分化程度、TNM分期、腫瘤的大小及臨床分期癌組織中的表達情況,以及GRO-1、CXCR2共同表達的相關性。結果:50例NSCLC中GRO-1及CXCR2兩種蛋白的表達明顯高于癌旁組織,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);GRO-1及CXCR2在不同性別、年齡及有無抽煙史患者中的表達差異,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);GRO-1和CXCR2在不同病理類型中的表達無明顯差異(P0.05);在NSCLC不同病理分化程度中,低分化組病人GRO-1和CXCR2的表達陽性率明顯高于高-中分化組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在TNM分期中,GRO-1和CXCR2在不同腫瘤大小中的表達,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),但有淋巴結轉移的患者中GRO-1和CXCR2表達的陽性率高于無淋巴結轉移者,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);在分期中,Ⅲa期病人中GRO-1、CXCR2表達陽性率明顯高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期病人,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);GRO-1和CXCR2共同表達的相關性用2×2配對資料關聯(lián)性分析,兩種蛋白共同表達存在關聯(lián)性(P0.05,Φ=0.74)。GRO-1和CXCR2都表達(即雙陽性)者明顯多于兩種蛋白均不表達者,兩種蛋白均表達陽性(即雙陽性)的患者,淋巴結轉移的概率較雙陰者高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,二者共同表達與淋巴結轉移存在關聯(lián)性(P0.05,Φ=0.32)。結論:生長相關性癌基因-1(GRO-1)及CXC趨化因子受體2(CXCR2)在非小細胞肺癌中的表達明顯高于癌旁組織,并且兩者的表達可能與肺癌的分化程度(即惡性度)、淋巴結轉移及臨床分期有關,提示GRO-1和CXCR2可能共同促進非小細胞肺癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展,可能為將來在研究肺癌靶向治療中提供新的切入點。
