【摘要】：目的觀察錯配修復基因(MMR)在非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸組織中的表達狀態(tài)并探討其意義。方法選取141例接受手術(shù)治療的非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者,均未接受術(shù)前放療或化療。術(shù)后病理標本進行常規(guī)病理檢測及免疫組化法檢測4種MMR蛋白(MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2)表達。四種蛋白中一種及以上不表達,即判定為MMR表達缺失(d MMR),對比MMR正常和d MMR結(jié)直腸癌患者的臨床病理特征。結(jié)果非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者的MLH1、MSH2、MSH6、PMS2表達缺失率分別為15.6%(22/141)、2.8%(4/141)、7.1%(10/141)、15.6%(22/141),d MMR率為25.5%(36/141)。MMR表達與非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者年齡、部位、腫瘤大小及病理類型等有關(guān)(P均0.05),d MMR更多發(fā)生于60歲以下、近端部位、黏液類型癌及較大的腫瘤(P均0.05)。結(jié)論非轉(zhuǎn)移性結(jié)直腸癌患者癌組織中MMR表達存在缺失,MMR狀態(tài)的評估有助于判斷患者預后和指導治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the expression of mismatch repair gene (MMR) in non-metastatic colorectal tissues and to explore its significance. Methods 141 patients with non-metastatic colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were not treated with preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The expression of four kinds of MMR proteins (MLH1,MSH2,MSH6,PMS2) was detected by routine pathological examination and immunohistochemistry in postoperative pathological specimens.
