【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,男,39歲,以反復(fù)頭痛4年為主訴來我科就診。該患者4年來無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)反復(fù)頭痛,呈間斷性,為悶脹痛,以晨起與午后疼痛明顯,無鼻塞,無膿涕、清水樣涕及涕中帶血,無經(jīng)常性鼻出血,無嗅覺減退,無復(fù)視及視力下降�；颊咴谕庠荷窠�(jīng)內(nèi)科行對癥治療,但效果不佳,因行鼻竇CT示蝶竇占位(考慮蝶竇囊腫)而收治于我院耳鼻咽喉科。既往體健,無不良嗜好。入院查體:生命體
[Abstract]:Positive 1 case reported patient, male, 39 years old, with recurrent headache for 4 years as the main complaint to our department. In the past 4 years, the patient had no obvious inducement to have recurrent headache and intermittent headache, which was stuffy and distension pain, no nasal congestion, no pus, no purulent runny nose, no recurrent nosebleed and no loss of smell. No amblyopia and vision loss. The patients were treated with symptomatic treatment in the Department of Neurology, external Hospital, but the effect was not good. Because of the space occupying of sphenoid sinus shown by CT of paranasal sinus (considering sphenoid sinus cyst), the patient was treated in the department of otorhinolaryngology of our hospital.
