【摘要】：肺癌居我國(guó)惡性腫瘤死亡和發(fā)病的首位。肺癌與吸煙和二手煙暴露密切相關(guān)。近年來(lái),我國(guó)采取了一系列控?zé)熀头伟┓乐未胧?但肺癌負(fù)擔(dān)依然嚴(yán)重,男性吸煙率仍居高不下,非吸煙者二手煙暴露十分廣泛。本文對(duì)我國(guó)近年來(lái)肺癌、吸煙和二手煙暴露的流行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)目前所實(shí)施的控?zé)煷胧┻M(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer ranks first in the death and incidence of malignant tumors in China. Lung cancer is closely related to smoking and secondhand smoke exposure. In recent years, a series of measures have been taken to control tobacco and prevent and control lung cancer, but the burden of lung cancer is still serious, the smoking rate of men is still high, and the secondhand smoke exposure of non-smokers is very extensive. In this paper, the prevalence of lung cancer, smoking and secondhand smoke exposure in China in recent years was described, and the tobacco control measures implemented in China were reviewed.
