乳腺癌中HPA、E-cadherin表達(dá)的相關(guān)性及其意義

【摘要】:目的:檢測(cè)乳腺癌組織、正常乳腺組織中HPA和E-cad的表達(dá)情況并結(jié)合乳腺癌臨床病理特征,分析二者在乳腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及相關(guān)性。方法:研究采用免疫組織化學(xué)SABC法,收集女性患者乳腺癌標(biāo)本60例,另取其對(duì)應(yīng)癌旁正常乳腺組織標(biāo)本作為對(duì)照,檢測(cè)HPA和E-cad在上述組織標(biāo)本中的表達(dá)情況,結(jié)合乳腺癌相關(guān)臨床病理因素,研究二者在乳腺癌組織中的表達(dá)與乳腺癌其他生物學(xué)特點(diǎn)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:1.乳腺癌組織和癌旁正常乳腺組織中HPA的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率,二者分別為68.3%和13.2%,差異顯著有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2.乳腺癌組織和癌旁正常乳腺組織中E-cad的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率,二者分別為33.3%和95.0%,差異顯著有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);3.HPA的表達(dá)與組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)、TNM分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān)(P0.05),而與腫瘤大小、患者年齡無(wú)明顯相關(guān)(P0.05);E-cad的表達(dá)與組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)、腫瘤TNM分期以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān)(P0.05),而與腫瘤大小、患者年齡無(wú)明顯相關(guān)(P0.05);4.在乳腺癌中,HPA和E-cad的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率呈明顯的負(fù)相關(guān)(r=㧟0.47,P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.相較于正常乳腺組織,HPA在乳腺癌組織中表達(dá)水平明顯升高,且與腫瘤組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)、TNM分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān)(P0.05)。2.相較于正常乳腺組織,E-cad在乳腺癌組織中表達(dá)水平明顯降低,且與腫瘤組織病理學(xué)分級(jí)、TNM分期以及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān)(P0.05)。3.乳腺癌組織中HPA與E-cad的表達(dá)存在負(fù)相關(guān)性;HPA升高與E-cad減少共同促進(jìn)腫瘤發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移;聯(lián)合檢測(cè)具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the expression of HPA and E-cad in breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues and to analyze the role and correlation of both breast cancer and breast cancer in the development of breast cancer. Methods: The expression of HPA and E-cad in the above-mentioned tissue specimens was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method, and the expression of HPA and E-cad in the above-mentioned tissue specimens was detected. The relationship between the expression of both breast cancer and other biological characteristics of breast cancer was studied. Results:1. The positive expression rates of HPA in breast and adjacent normal breast tissues were 68.3% and 13.2%, respectively. The positive rate of E-cad in breast and adjacent normal breast tissues was 33.3% and 95.0%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05);3. The expression of HPA was correlated with the histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between the age of the patients (P0.05); the expression of E-cad was related to the histological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P0.05), but not related to the size of the tumor and the age of the patients (P0.05); In breast cancer, the positive expression of HPA and E-cad was negatively correlated (r =-0.47, P0.05). Conclusion:1. Compared with normal breast tissue, the expression level of HPA in breast cancer tissue was significantly increased, and it was associated with the pathological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P0.05). Compared with normal breast tissue, the expression of E-cad in breast cancer tissue was significantly lower, and it was associated with the pathological grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P0.05). The expression of HPA and E-cad in breast cancer tissue has negative correlation, and the increase of HPA and E-cad can promote the development and metastasis of the tumor.
