【摘要】：目的了解某隊列人群老年消化系統(tǒng)癌癥住院費用及影響因素。方法運用歷史性隊列研究方法,整群抽取某隊列人群職工醫(yī)院2001~2010年診斷為惡性腫瘤患者的病歷資料,選取60歲及以上住院患者1 128例,采用多元線性逐步回歸方法對影響因素進行分析。結果人均住院費用為5 209.26元,每人日均住院費用為375.31元,且與年份無相關性(P0.05);影響因素最優(yōu)方程為Y^=8.312-0.159 X1+0.219 X4-0.243X5+0.035 X6,影響住院費用的主要變量為治療結局付費方式性別住院天數(shù)。結論應加強醫(yī)院內部管理,采取綜合措施降低老年消化系統(tǒng)癌癥住院費用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hospitalization expenses and influencing factors of digestive system cancer in a group of people. Methods using the method of historical cohort study, the medical records of patients diagnosed as malignant tumors in a cohort hospital from 2001 to 2010 were selected. 1128 inpatients aged 60 and over were selected. Multiple linear stepwise regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results the per capita hospitalization cost was 5 209.26 yuan, and the average daily hospitalization cost per person was 375.31 yuan, and there was no correlation with the year (P 0.05).
