【摘要】：近端胃切除是治療胃食管結(jié)合部和胃底區(qū)域良惡性腫瘤的一種手術(shù)方式,能夠保留更多的胃功能并使病人獲得更好的生活質(zhì)量。由于胃上部切除后破壞了胃食管結(jié)合部的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)和生理功能等所導致的反流性食管炎是該術(shù)式降低病人術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量的主要因素。近端胃切除術(shù)后消化道重建方式種類多樣,選擇合適的消化道重建方式對預防反流性食管炎具有重要價值。一旦術(shù)后發(fā)生反流性食管炎,可采用手術(shù)、介入以及藥物等多種方式進行治療,盡量提高病人生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Proximal gastrectomy is a surgical method for the treatment of benign and malignant tumors in the gastroesophageal junction and fundus region. It can preserve more gastric function and improve the quality of life of the patients. Reflux esophagitis caused by the destruction of the anatomic structure and physiological function of the gastroesophageal junction after upper gastrectomy is the main factor to reduce the quality of life of the patients after the operation. There are many kinds of digestive tract reconstruction methods after proximal gastroresection. It is of great value to select appropriate digestive tract reconstruction methods for the prevention of reflux esophagitis. Once reflux esophagitis occurs after operation, surgery, intervention and drugs can be used to improve the quality of life of the patients.
