納米技術(shù)在宮頸癌預(yù)防與診治中應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀與分析

【摘要】:脂質(zhì)體、聚合物納米微粒、金屬納米顆粒、無機納米粒、枝狀聚合物和納米膠束等納米技術(shù)逐步用于宮頸癌的預(yù)防乃至疾病的診斷治療,已經(jīng)顯示出良好的應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展?jié)摿。通過納米技術(shù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新藥物,不僅可以改善藥物的理化特性,提高藥物的穩(wěn)定性,而且還可以提高藥物的藥理活性,減少毒副反應(yīng),從而增強藥物效果。通過對納米技術(shù)用于宮頸癌現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié),對納米技術(shù)創(chuàng)新進行初步的探索,以推動納米藥物創(chuàng)新,提高宮頸癌診斷治療水平。
[Abstract]:Liposomes, polymer nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles, inorganic nanoparticles, branched polymers and nano-micelles have been gradually used in the prevention of cervical cancer and even in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It has shown a good application prospect and development potential. The development of innovative drugs by nanotechnology can not only improve the physicochemical properties and stability of drugs, but also improve the pharmacological activity of drugs, reduce toxic and side effects, and thus enhance the effect of drugs. In order to promote the innovation of nano-drugs and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer, the present situation of nano-technology used in cervical cancer was summarized, and the innovation of nano-technology was preliminarily explored.
