【摘要】：目的:對(duì)可能影響TACE預(yù)后的多因素進(jìn)行分析,找出影響預(yù)后的因素,為評(píng)估患者預(yù)后和提高TACE治療效果提供依據(jù)。方法:對(duì)可能影響預(yù)后的因素:性別、年齡、腫瘤大小、米蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、介入手術(shù)次數(shù)、AFP值、肝功能Child-pugh分級(jí)、BCLC分期、治療方式、門脈癌栓、動(dòng)靜脈瘺、碘油沉積進(jìn)行單因素的分析,得出可能與預(yù)后相關(guān)的因素有:腫瘤大小、介入治療次數(shù)、治療方式、門靜脈癌栓、動(dòng)靜脈瘺、碘油沉積、BCLC分期、米蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、肝功能分級(jí),AFP,然后將這些可能影響的因素進(jìn)行多因素的分析。結(jié)果:結(jié)果表明對(duì)預(yù)后有重要意義的因素有:介入治療次數(shù)、BCLC分期、治療方式。結(jié)論:TACE治療在早、中、晚肝癌的治療中都起到了重要的作用。影響TACE治療預(yù)后的因素很多。治療次數(shù)越多、BCLC早期、聯(lián)合治療的患者預(yù)后較好。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the factors that may affect the prognosis of TACE, and to find out the factors that influence the prognosis, so as to provide evidence for evaluating the prognosis of patients and improving the therapeutic effect of TACE. Methods: sex, age, tumor size, Milan criteria, times of intervention, AFP, liver function Child-pugh grade, BCLC stage, treatment method, portal vein tumor thrombus, arteriovenous fistula, and so on, were considered as prognostic factors. Univariate analysis showed that the possible prognostic factors were tumor size, frequency of interventional therapy, treatment, portal vein tumor thrombus, arteriovenous fistula, iodized oil deposition, BCLC stage, Milan standard, liver function grade, AFP,. Then the factors that may affect these factors are analyzed by multi-factor analysis. Results: the results showed that the important prognostic factors were the times of interventional therapy, BCLC stage and treatment method. Conclusion: TACE plays an important role in the treatment of early, middle and late liver cancer. There are many factors affecting the prognosis of TACE. The more times of treatment, the better prognosis of patients with early BCLC.
