前哨淋巴結(jié)在非小細(xì)胞肺癌中的檢測(cè)及臨床應(yīng)用

【摘要】:前哨淋巴結(jié)的定位已經(jīng)成為了黑色素瘤和乳腺癌的治療的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并且有助于改善精確分期和針對(duì)性治療,同時(shí)降低侵襲性淋巴結(jié)清掃的發(fā)病率。前哨淋巴結(jié)慢慢成為了實(shí)體癌的研究熱點(diǎn)。自1999年以來(lái),很多專家提出了肺癌模型中的進(jìn)行相似的定位并想取得成功。但是,因?yàn)榉切〖?xì)胞肺癌有高度可變的淋巴引流模式和“跳躍性轉(zhuǎn)移”傾向等特點(diǎn),目前對(duì)于前哨淋巴結(jié)的檢測(cè)仍不完善,盡管如此,我們?nèi)砸^續(xù)尋找優(yōu)化和驗(yàn)證非小細(xì)胞肺癌前哨淋巴結(jié)方法的最佳技術(shù)組合。本文綜述了迄今為止的研究,探討了提高非小細(xì)胞肺癌前哨淋巴結(jié)活檢準(zhǔn)確性的可能性。
[Abstract]:The location of sentinel lymph nodes has become a standard for the treatment of melanoma and breast cancer, and helps to improve accurate staging and targeted therapy, while reducing the incidence of invasive lymph node dissection. Sentinel lymph node gradually became the hot spot of solid cancer. Since 1999, many experts have proposed similar positioning in the lung cancer model and want to succeed. However, because the non-small cell lung cancer has the characteristics of highly variable lymphatic drainage pattern and "jump-jump" tendency, the detection of the sentinel lymph node is still incomplete. Nevertheless, we should continue to find the best technique combination for optimizing and verifying the sentinel lymph node method of the non-small cell lung cancer. To date, the possibility of increasing the accuracy of sentinel lymph node biopsy in non-small cell lung cancer is discussed.
