【摘要】：DEAD-box家族蛋白是一類ATP依賴的RNA解旋酶,在RNA代謝的過程中發(fā)揮重要的作用。DEAD-box家族蛋白可通過調節(jié)癌基因和抑癌基因的表達及腫瘤相關信號通路等影響細胞的增殖、分化、凋亡,進而發(fā)揮促癌或抑癌的作用。
[Abstract]:DEAD-box family proteins are ATP-dependent RNA helicases that play an important role in the metabolism of RNA. Dead-box family proteins affect cell proliferation by regulating the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes and tumor-related signaling pathways. Differentiation, apoptosis, and then play a role in promoting or suppressing cancer.
