【摘要】：正哺乳動(dòng)物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是一種相對(duì)保守的絲/蘇氨酸蛋白激酶(AKT),與細(xì)胞凋亡、自噬、遷移黏附等密切相關(guān),尤其是參與了腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖和凋亡過程而得到普遍的關(guān)注[1],其異�；罨�(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在腫瘤細(xì)胞中。在臨床腫瘤治療中,mTOR是重要的治療靶點(diǎn),也在某些中草藥治療中發(fā)揮作用[2],然而,mTOR抑制劑
[Abstract]:Positive mammalian rapamycin target protein (mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR) is a relatively conservative serine / threonine protein kinase (AKT), which is closely related to cell apoptosis, autophagy, migration and adhesion, etc. Especially, it is involved in the process of proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells and has been paid much attention [1]. Abnormal activation of these cells often occurs in tumor cells. In clinical tumor therapy, mTOR is an important therapeutic target and also plays a role in the treatment of some Chinese herbal medicine [2]. However, mTOR inhibitor is an important therapeutic target.
