【摘要】：目的觀察鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片聯(lián)合加巴噴丁膠囊治療癌性疼痛的臨床療效及安全性。方法 55例中、重度癌痛的惡性腫瘤患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片聯(lián)合加巴噴丁膠囊組(A組)28例,單純鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片組(B組)27例。比較兩組患者治療前后疼痛緩解程度、鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片的日均用量、生活質(zhì)量評分和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后的疼痛緩解程度數(shù)字評分(NRS)均較治療前降低(P0.05),但A組疼痛緩解大于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A組患者的羥考酮日均用量少于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者生活質(zhì)量評分均較治療前有所改善(P0.05);與B組比較,A組患者改善更明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組主要不良反應(yīng)為便秘、惡心、嘔吐、頭暈,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片聯(lián)合加巴噴丁膠囊能有效治療中、重度癌痛,減少羥考酮的用量,不良反應(yīng)少,并能提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with bapentin capsules in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods 55 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 28) treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and group B (n = 27) treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (group A) and group B (n = 27). The pain relief degree, daily average dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the scores of (NRS) after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P0.05), but the pain relief in group A was greater than that in group B, but the pain relief in group A was higher than that in group B. The average daily dose of oxycodone in). A group was lower than that in B group (P0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved (P0.05), and the improvement of group A was more obvious than that of group B, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The main adverse reactions of the two groups were constipation, nausea, vomiting and dizziness. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with bapentin capsule can effectively treat moderate and severe cancer pain, reduce the dosage of oxycodone, and improve the quality of life of patients.
