【摘要】：婦科惡性腫瘤的治療強(qiáng)調(diào)以手術(shù)為主的綜合性個(gè)體化治療,通常手術(shù)治療包括不同程度的盆腔淋巴結(jié)切除術(shù),而盆腔淋巴結(jié)的切除常會(huì)引起術(shù)后淋巴回流障礙發(fā)生。患者的生存率隨著腫瘤治療方式的完善及放化療的輔助治療有了一定程度的改善,同時(shí)現(xiàn)代生物-心理-社會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)新模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,臨床醫(yī)生更應(yīng)著眼于提高患者的術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量及心理健康。術(shù)后淋巴回流障礙是慢性進(jìn)行性疾病,臨床工作中應(yīng)注重預(yù)防,圍術(shù)期的預(yù)防尤為重要,本文主要介紹圍術(shù)期淋巴回流障礙的預(yù)防進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The treatment of gynecological malignant tumor emphasizes the comprehensive individualized treatment based on surgery, which usually includes different degrees of pelvic lymph node resection, and pelvic lymph node resection often results in postoperative lymphatic reflux disorder. The survival rate of the patients has improved to a certain extent with the improvement of tumor treatment mode and adjuvant therapy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and at the same time, the new model of modern bio-psycho-social medicine has been changed. Clinicians should focus on the improvement of postoperative quality of life and mental health. Postoperative lymphatic reflux disorder is a chronic progressive disease. Prevention should be paid attention to in clinical work, and perioperative prevention is especially important. This article mainly introduces the progress of prevention of peri-operative lymphatic reflux disorder.
