子宮內(nèi)膜癌中DNA雙鏈斷裂修復(fù)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:基因組不穩(wěn)定是癌癥的特征之一,而細(xì)胞DNA損傷應(yīng)答及其修復(fù)機(jī)制異常是導(dǎo)致基因組不穩(wěn)定的重要原因。所有類型的DNA損傷中,DNA雙鏈斷裂是最嚴(yán)重的一種,DNA雙鏈斷裂修復(fù)機(jī)制與多種腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展和治療密切關(guān)聯(lián),現(xiàn)就子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的DNA雙鏈斷裂修復(fù)研究進(jìn)展做一綜述,以期為未來靶向DNA修復(fù)通路的研究和治療提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Genomic instability is one of the characteristics of cancer, and abnormal DNA damage response and repair mechanism is an important cause of genomic instability. Among all types of DNA damage, DNA double strand break is the most serious one. The repair mechanism of DNA double strand break is closely related to the occurrence, development and treatment of many kinds of tumors. This article reviews the research progress of DNA double strand break repair in endometrial carcinoma. In order to provide theoretical reference for the future research and treatment of targeted DNA repair pathway.
